This behind the scenes documentary follows the controversial climate change movement, Extinction Rebellion, as they attempt to stage the largest climate change protests yet. Extinction Rebellion: The Inside Story follows a cast of XR “rebels” over a month of organising and strategising inside their HQ and in the regional hubs around the country, before they put their ambitious plans into action. Can they successfully block Central London’s busy streets, disrupt the working of Government, and clog up the judicial system by getting hundreds of people arrested? It turns into a game of cat and mouse, as the police try to shut the rebellion down before it’s even begun….
